Leadership Care Team

Alana Harry

Executive Director

Alana’s love and compassion for health care originated from her grandmother, who was a medicinal herbalist from the Caribbean. This spark of inspiration from an elder that she held dear to her heart was the reason she decided to venture into the healthcare field as a Licensed Practical Nurse in both Ontario and British Columbia. Being passionate about and actively advocating for seniors, she stood out amongst her peers and quickly became recognized as a natural leader, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors. She is originally from Toronto and has been in leadership roles for many years.

Alana drove 5000km in 7 days from Toronto to Victoria in the spring of 2019 to join Trillium Communities! It was the longest and most exciting road trip she had ever been on!

In her spare time, you can find Alana exploring hiking trails, and dabbling in a bit of photography with her fiancé on Vancouver Island.
