Every time you pop in to see the lunches at Trillium Douglas Care, expect to see something colourful. Donald loves to put together colourful and nutritious options for the Residents to enjoy. He tends to think outside the box with the help of our Director of Support Services, Sarah. Together, they combine their expert knowledge of nutrition and a shared love for good food in order to come up with a menu that has a ton of variety while meeting the nutritional needs of all of our Residents. And, they make it a priority to incorporate whatever is in season and use fresh fruits and vegetables only. Donald is a Read Seal Chef and has been with Trillium for over 10 years and Sarah is our Director of Support Services and a Nutritionist and has been with Trillium for over 7 years.
